The Shell

Using the FREC-2 pressing technology, we can significantly reduce the weight helmet shell - without compromising on protection.
By using lightweight materials and ensuring the helmet shell is optimally adapted to the size and shape of the head, the wearer doesn’t have to carry any unnecessary weight.
Our sizing system is based on data from several thousand 3D-scanned heads.
Skull-Plate Liner
Stable and comfortable
The interior of the HJELM Gen 4 offers excellent comfort through stabilization, load distribution, and ventilation.
Its Skull-Plate Liner System can be adjusted in four dimensions. In combination with the chin strap, the system ensures a stable and comfortable fit and optimal weight distribution, even when attaching additional equipment.
The space between the liner system and the helmet shell provides ventilation and prevents moisture buildup inside the helmet. Removable, washable comfort pads enhance comfort.
Koroyd
Advanced impact protection
Koroyd technology protects the head from impacts and minimizes the risk of life-threatening injuries.
Upon impact, the system deforms immediately and uniformly, absorbing the force and minimizing the energy transferred to the head. This makes Koroyd an excellent damage control system and the optimal material for combat helmets.
Edgemount & HASP
Minimalist mounting concept
Minimalist mounting options for precise, customized, and needs-based integration of system components and technology onto the helmet:
Edgemount is a point-mounting system designed to attach technical equipment to the helmet. It features an intelligent cable management system that allows cables and connectors to be integrated into the helmet, regardless of how the devices are arranged.
HASP (Helmet Attachment System Pattern) is the advanced alternative to the standard Velcro and hook-and-loop fasteners found on combat helmets. The system, made of high-strength composite material, spans the entire helmet shell like a strong mesh. Devices and equipment can be mechanically attached to it. HASP is a strong and reliable system with a long service life.
